Cheongsu Mulnaengmyeon is a delicious and nutritious buckwheat flour and sweet potato starch added to high-quality wheat flour. It contains neat dongchimi broth and tangy mustard oil, so you can easily enjoy cold water without having to make a separate broth.
Making water cold noodles
1. Make broth: Add stock broth (50g) to 300c of cold water, mix well, and store in the refrigerator.
2. Making noodles: Put 1 serving (130g) in boiling water and boil for about 4 minutes.
3. Take out the cooked noodles and rinse in cold water to drain the water.
4. Pour the prepared broth on the drained noodles and enjoy
