1. Shipping Method:

We offer standard shipping for all orders, and the courier service (e.g., USPS, UPS, etc.) will be selected from available options during the payment process.

2. Shipping Regions:

Dubai : Everyday (Mon to SAT)
Abudhabi : 3 Days (TUE, THU, SAT)
AJMAN+SHARJAH+RAK : 2 Days (WED, FRI)

3. Shipping Fees and Free Shipping:

Enjoy free standard shipping for orders over the 100Dhs. Orders below this threshold will incur a flat shipping fee of 15Dhs.

4. Order Tracking:

Track your order with ease. We provide tracking information once your order is dispatched.

5. In case of Insufficient/Incorrect Address:

In the event of an insufficient or incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may be applied. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the mailing address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
